Kim moved to Bemidji, in 1995 and graduated from Bemidji State University with a degree, in Applied Psychology. In 2016, she earned her Master’s Degree in Nonprofit Management Leadership, at Capella University. Kim started her career at the Archdeacon Gilfillan Center then moved on to the Evergreen Shelter and then to Clearwater County Social Services. In 2003, Kim began working at North Homes Children and Family Services and in 2024, Kim took on the role as the Executive Director at BASC. Kim’s knowledge and experience will help support and continue the great work that BASC provides to Beltrami County.
Kim has two grown children that she is very proud of. Kim enjoys spending time at her cabin remodeling, having campfires, gardening and fishing (summers only because she does not like to be cold!).

Belinda has lived in Bemidji for nearly 45 years and graduated from Northwest Technical College in 1988. She has been with BASC for more than 25 years. Through her coordination of the Local Collaborative Time Study program, she has helped bring millions of dollars in funding to our region.
Belinda enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and lake time. She's a dedicated wife, mother and grandmother of eight beautiful and lively grandchildren.

Brianna has lived in Bemidji, MN her whole life. She graduated from Bemidji High School and attended Bemidji State University where she obtained her B.A. in Political Science in 2005. Brianna began her professional career working for Bemidji Schools at J.W. Smith Elementary from 2003-2015. During that time she was actively involved in the 21st Century Learning Program afterschool and in the summers. She transitioned to Red Lake Secondary complex in 2015 where she worked with youth and families as a community/family/school/court liaison. In 2020 she became employed at BASC, first as a truancy tracker at Bemidji Middle School and now as the Intervention Program Specialist. Brianna lives at home with her dog Finn and three cats, loves to garden, cook, and laugh a lot.

Missy grew up in Cloquet, Minnesota and moved to Bemidji where she attended Oak Hills Christian College, graduating with a degree in Applied Psychology. Before transitioning to the Attendance Support Case Manager, Missy worked as a Strengths Educator in the Bemidji Middle and High Schools, helping youth discover what was right about them. At home, Missy is a Boy Mom; she loves to laugh, finds joy in the outdoors and will never give up on the Vikings!
Missy is grateful for (and has fun with!) her coworkers at BASC and the teachers, support staff and administrators at the Middle School. She believes every child needs a champion and she enjoys encouraging the students to grow and improve, while celebrating successes along the way.

Kristina is from Roseau, Minnesota and moved to Bemidji where she attended Northwest Technical College & Bemidji State University. Kristina currently works with Students and Families at J.W. Smith Elementary and Gene Dillon Elementary. Prior to joining BASC, Kristina worked at North Homes Children and Family Services for nine years assisting individuals and families establish services and connect with school and community resources.
At home, Kristina enjoys spending time with her family. They stay busy attending sporting events, gymnastics and spending time outside!
